As a certified leadership and executive coach, I have held over 3,500 coaching sessions and partnered with more than 500 individuals in America’s largest and most reputable corporations – including Fortune 500 and leading tech companies. From this experience, I became aware of the unique experiences of Asian women that leaders and even fellow coaches don’t recognize.
